GDPR Information obligation
The Controller of the User's personal data provided through the Website, i.e. the entity deciding about the purposes and methods of their processing, is "LAYSTER-GROUP" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Konstancińska 2, 02-942 Warsaw, NIP 9720851682, (hereinafter referred to as the Controller).
The personal data provided by the User is processed by the Controller on the basis of the consent expressed by the User, within the meaning of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC - hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
Providing personal data via the Website is voluntary. The User has the right to withdraw the consent at any time by contacting the Controller at info@layster.pl, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The User has the right to access his personal data at any time, rectify it, delete or limit processing, and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
The Controller processes the personal data of the User for the following purposes:
Communication with the User, in particular handling complaints regarding the Controller's products or services;
Presenting commercial offers to the User by electronic means;
Presenting the User with commercial offers by telephone;
Sending information to the User by electronic means as part of the subscription to the Controller's newsletter;
Allowing the User to send comments or opinions regarding the Controller's products or services.
The Controller may process the User's personal data obtained via the Website also for the following purposes:
in order to conclude and implement a possible contract between the User and the Controller and provide services for the User as the Controller's customer in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR;
in order to conduct financial settlements with the User who is the Controller's customer for the implementation of a possible contract concluded between the parties, as well as possible claims from the User who is a customer as part of the Controller's legitimate interest in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR and fulfillment of the Controller's legal obligations towards tax authorities on the basis of separate provisions in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR;
in order to implement the Controller's marketing activities as part of the Controller's legitimate interest within the meaning of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR, as well as in accordance with declarations of will regarding marketing communication submitted to the Controller. Consents given in the field of marketing communication (e.g. for sending commercial information by electronic means or contact by phone for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
in order to fulfill the Controller's legal obligations towards the User specified in the GDPR, within the meaning of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR.

The User's personal data is not transferred by the Controller to third parties.
The Controller stores personal data for such a period as is necessary to achieve specific goals, i.e .:
for the period of running a business by the Controller.
